BTown Kids – Child Sponsorship
Our BTown Kids environment does much more that just paint the faces of children. This environment seeks to assist children and their families, in the Portland area, by providing for some of their most basic needs. BTown Kids Child Sponsorship does just that. When a child is sponsored, they receive the following:
Monthly home visits – Home visits are crucial in the relationship building of our BTown Kids environment. Home visits allow us to become part of the family of the sponsored child’s. We begin to know their story and what their true needs are.
Basic Needs – Each sponsored child is given clothing at the least 4 times a year, birthday and Christmas presents, a family Thanksgiving basket, school supplies and more. Their families will also receive toiletries, household items and furnishings, as they become available.
BTown Kids Summer Program – When a child is sponsored it helps to sustain the current summer environment, not just for the sponsored child but also for others who come week in and week out. Our hope is to cast the vision for younger siblings to look forward to being a part of future programs as they grow older too.
Camp Agape – Each sponsored child is given the opportunity to attend Camp Agape, camp designed specifically for children at risk. This camp is an exciting, fun environment for children to be around the hugely positive influence of people who care for them.
For just $25.00 per month a child receives all of the above items. You will be blessed to know that the child/family you are sponsoring will be on the radar of BTown Kids in a extra special way. What an incredible opportunity to be a blessing.
