Sponsor a Night Strike
Thank you for showing interest in sponsoring a Night Strike! It is our desire to give opportunities to groups and individuals to be a bigger part of the Night Strike Environment. This is a fantastic way to make a difference in the lives of others. We have done what we can to make this as easy as possible and there are a few options to choose from you.
Option #1 – Financial Sponsorship
Donation: $675
A basic sponsorship, but one incredibly appreciated. Each Night Strike costs us $675.00 per event. This covers the entire evening from all of the food and supply costs right down to the operational expenses. By you sponsoring a Night Strike financially you allow us to bless those we serve each Thursday night and to reach more people through our other services.
What To Expect From Your Sponsorship
Recognition of your or your group’s sponsorship: This is your night, you have helped to make it happen and so we want to let the other volunteers know you are making a difference. We will put your groups name and logo (if you have one) on the screen and recognize your group verbally as well.

Option #2 - Hands On Night Strike Sponsorship
Donation: $675
This covers the cost of the Night Strike you sponsor, all of the food and supplies, even the operational expenses of the evening. In addition to blessing those we serve with your contribution, this sponsorship allows you to be hands on to volunteer as just yourself, with your family, your business, church or your team.
What To Expect From Your Sponsorship
1) Guaranteed placement of your team: Whatever the size of your group, we will split them up into thirds. Each group will be given a BTown Staff member who will guide them to their particular volunteer orientation areas. Each team will be in one of three areas: Bridge, Prayer Walks and Walk Abouts. Individuals are also welcome to joint the cooking team. (Previous arrangements are necessary for this element)
2) Recognition of your groups sponsorship: This is your night, you have helped to make it happen and so we want to let the other volunteers know you are making a difference. We will put your groups name and logo (if you have one) on the screen and recognize your group verbally as well.

Option #3 – ALL Hands on Deck Night Strike Sponsorship
Donation: $675
This covers the cost of the Night Strike you sponsor, all of the food and supplies, even the operational expenses of the evening. In addition to blessing those we serve with your contribution, this sponsorship allows you to be hands for the entire event with your team, church group, business or group! You can be involved with everything beginning with preparing to meal to leading the singing, sharing why you’re sponsoring the event and more.
What To Expect From Your Sponsorship
1) Guaranteed placement of your team: Whatever the size of your group, we will split them up into thirds. Each group will be given a BTown Staff member who will guide them to their particular volunteer orientation areas. Each team will be in one of three areas: Bridge, Prayer Walks and Walk Abouts. 3) You can lead the singing time: If your group does music, you will be given the opportunity to lead the orientation singing time. We do not have room for a full music team, so we ask that you just have a guitar player and 2 or 3 singers to join you. You choose the music. We also ask that you send us the lyrics ready to go on a power point slide.
4) You share for 5 -7 minutes: This is the time to share why your group is here. Why did you choose to sponsor the night? Encourage the other participants to “love people because people matter”.
5) Group Coordinator: Each group who sponsors will be assigned a group coordinator to help guide your team through your Night Strike experience.
